1. Returns Eligibility

- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Opened pet care products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Do not send items back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

6. Refunds

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
9. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for other reasons are not available.
